Your 360° Scope Wheel
The Skills page draws your whole craft as a wheel: every spoke is a discipline — software craft on one side, professional and customer-facing proficiency on the other. The filled length of each spoke encodes proficiency, so one glance tells you (and your mentor) where you're strong and where the gaps are.
Click any spoke to set where you honestly stand — beginner → intermediate → expert — and to open its curated free resources: hand-picked material for exactly that skill. Your self-ratings aren't vanity numbers; the platform and your mentor use them to guide what you're assigned, how you're evaluated, and how you're groomed.
Verified levels
Self-rating starts the map; verification makes it proof. As you pass exams, score in simulations and get mentor reviews, mentors verify spokes — a Mentor-verified shield appears, and the verified level always takes precedence over your self-rating. Verified skills are what flow into your Growth page, your proof dossier and (if you opt in) your public profile — so employers see levels someone actually checked.
Specialization deep-dives
The Specializations page is the wheel's forward gear: deep-dive tracks like sales engineering, support engineering, TPM and SRE, grouped by category. Each track shows how the best in the world do it — the books, courses, channels and people worth learning from.
Pick the disciplines you want to master. Your choices do real work: they shape your Month 5 deep-dive, tell your mentor where to steer you, and give your AI tutor the context to advise you well.

1. Rate yourself honestly — inflated spokes only misdirect your mentor.

What do the levels on a spoke mean?
Each spoke runs from none through beginner and intermediate to expert. You set your self-assessed level; when a mentor verifies a skill, the verified level is shown with a shield and takes precedence over your self-rating.
