Exams
Tech exams mix multiple-choice, written answers, and server-graded coding rounds (your code is re-run on the server, so the score is trustworthy). Passing raises your verified competency for that topic.
Mastery-based advancement
Levels aren't handed out by time — you earn them. The Advance page shows the bars for your next level (exams, competencies, challenges, war rooms). Meet them and request advancement; some promote automatically, others go to a mentor for sign-off.
