A 60–120 minute session in your discipline — the systems you've run, the failures you've survived, the judgment shortcuts you wish someone had told you. War stories welcome; slideware optional.

Sessions land inside the matching program week, with pre-work (flashcards, reading) and post-work (drills, reflections) generated around them — so your hour compounds instead of evaporating.
A cohort worth your time
Everyone in the room passed a selective gate and trains daily. Questions come from people who did the reps that morning.
Your name, protected
You choose how you're credited and what's recorded. We never sell attendee lists or your material.
Practitioners, not presenters
You've operated real systems: carried a pager, shipped a migration, run a security program, built data platforms, led incident calls, taken products to market, or built with LLMs in production. You can explain what you did, what went wrong, and how you decided.
Sessions are remote-friendly and scheduled around you. Some experts do one session; some adopt a specialization track and return each cohort. Both are welcome — this institute is built with its experts, not just its software.
