Levels are earned, not given

Miatz levels run trainee → entry → junior → mid → senior → lead, and none of them are handed out for attendance. The Advance page shows your current level, your next one, and the exact evidence standing between them.

The evidence bars

Each requirement for your next level is a bar with your actual vs required number: real exams passed, coding challenges solved, mentor-verified skills, prompt-lab scores, simulation scores. Met bars turn green; a progress bar up top counts requirements met (say, 4/6). There's no mystery and no politics — the page is the promotion criteria.

That transparency is the point: when a bar is unmet, it doubles as your to-do list. Short on verified skills? Book the work that gets a mentor to verify a spoke. Simulation score below the bar? Run more simulations.

Requesting advancement

When every bar is met, the button reads Advance to [level] — tap it and, for evidence-gated levels, promotion is automatic: you'll see the celebration and a note to sign out and back in so your session picks up the new access.

Some levels are additionally mentor-reviewed. In that case the button reads Request mentor review: your request (with all your evidence attached) goes to your mentor, and you're notified when they decide. Either way, a level-up lands on your Growth milestones and proof timeline.

Reach lead and the page changes tone: keep mentoring, shipping and raising the bar for everyone else.

Check Advance before planning your week — let the unmet bars pick your work.
Verified skills move slowest; start mentor verification early rather than last.
Don't sit on a full bar chart. If you're eligible, advance — the next ladder starts sooner.

What are the levels?

Trainee, entry, junior, mid, senior, lead — in that order. The Advance page always shows your current level and the next one you're working toward.

What counts as evidence for levelling up?

Real signals: exam results, solved coding challenges, mentor-verified skills, and your prompt and simulation scores. Each requirement shows your actual number against the required bar.

What happens when I tap the button?

If you meet every bar, advancement can unlock automatically — you're promoted and told to sign out and back in to refresh your access. If the level is mentor-reviewed, your request goes to your mentor and you're notified when they decide.

I was promoted but nothing changed — why?

Your access level is baked into your session. Sign out and back in and everything unlocked by the new level appears.
