A job board that knows you

The Job Board is where mentors, alumni and partner employers post roles for the Miatz community — internships, contracts and full-time openings, newest first. These aren't scraped listings: they're shared by people who know exactly what this program produces, which makes every application warmer than a cold one.

Reading a listing

Each card carries the essentials: role title, company, a coloured kind pill (full-time, internship, contract), location, salary range when shared, the posting date and a description of what the role needs. Tap Apply and the application link opens in a new tab, on the employer's site. Closed roles stay on the board greyed out with a closed pill, so you can see what's been moving.

Who can post

Staff can always post; alumni can be granted employer access to post too. If you can post, a Post a role form sits at the top of the board — title, company, location, kind, application link, salary range and description. Posters (and admins) can close a filled role or reopen it later.

Know about an opening but can't post? Drop it in the community's Job Board space, or hand it to a mentor.

Apply like a Miatz learner

Your edge is proof, not adjectives:

  • Attach your public profile link — verified level, verified skills and shipped capstones an employer can check in one click.
  • If you've earned a credential, include the verification link; it's cryptographically signed and tamper-evident.
  • Mine your Proof page for concrete lines: challenges solved, incidents resolved, calibration.

Keep your profile sharp even while the board is quiet — roles land without warning, and the learners who win them are the ones already ready.

Frequently asked

Who posts jobs on the board?

Staff (mentors and admins) and alumni who've been granted employer access. Every learner and alumnus can browse everything posted.

Can I post a role I know about?

If you're staff or an employer-granted alumnus you'll see a Post a role form at the top of the board. Otherwise, share the opening in the community's Job Board space — or ask a mentor to post it.

What kinds of roles appear?

Full-time positions, internships and contracts — each labelled with a coloured pill, with location, salary range (when shared) and a description of who should apply.

Why does a role show as closed?

The poster (or an admin) closed it — usually because it's filled. Closed roles stay visible but greyed out; they can be reopened if the position comes back.
