Student 360 & reviewing learner work

One page per learner: vitals, integrity, AI usage, every artifact they produced — and the levers to coach them.

  • Everything about one learner in one place — no tab hopping
  • Every artifact (exams, code, prompts, simulations, war rooms) is readable with inline feedback
  • Coaching levers built in: charter items, focus of the week, feature access, grants

Student 360

Admin → Users → a learner opens their full picture:

  • Vitals — composite score, XP, streak, valid bugs, time on platform (30d) and last active.
  • Time on platform — where their hours go (top paths) and what they're neglecting.
  • AI usage — their Mysty consumption, tokens and provider mix.
  • Activity timeline — lessons, quizzes, bugs, simulations, check-ins as they happened.
  • Exam integrity — each graded attempt with behavioural flags; click through to read answers.
  • Check-ins, specializations, advancement requests and the 360° competency wheel.

Coaching levers

Right from the 360 you can:

  • Assign a charter item — a task, challenge, research topic, project or idea with priority (A–E), brief, definition of done and due date. It lands in their charter and pings them.
  • Feature access — unlock advanced modules for this learner (they stay visible but locked until you enable them).
  • Capability grants — layer roles on top (TA, cohort lead, moderator, content author, employer, observer), scoped to one cohort or global, with optional expiry.

Review work & answers

The Review work & answers button opens everything they've produced — exam answers, coding submissions, prompt submissions, simulation and war-room transcripts, reverse-engineer submissions and daily reflections. Leave a mentor note on any artifact; the learner is notified.

Cohort Health

Admin → Cohort Health lists every student's vitals worst-first with at-risk flags (inactive, streak broken, overdue cards, no journals this week, low confidence) — and lets you set each learner's focus competency of the week and track inline. Their daily plan and tutor follow your choice.

Frequently asked

What does the Work & Answers page show?

Every artifact the learner produced: graded exam attempts (with integrity flags), coding challenge submissions, prompt submissions, simulation and war-room transcripts, reverse-engineer submissions and daily reflections — each with inline mentor feedback.

What is a charter item?

A task, challenge, research topic, project or idea you assign to one learner — with optional brief, definition of done, priority (A–E) and due date. It lands in their charter and notifies them.

What is Cohort Health?

The intervention surface: every student's engagement vitals (streak, days away, overdue cards, journals, XP, confidence) with at-risk flags, sorted worst-first — so you can step in before a dropout. You can set each learner's focus of the week and track right from the list.
