The Vendor Pitch

Negotiate an AI vendor's pitch, then check what's actually proven.

The Demystify signature

calling for evidence splits the vendor's slide into two literal columns — what the demo showed and what the eval proved — exposing the gap procurement conversations are built to paper over

How it works

What goes in, what comes out

What it does

A branching negotiation sim puts the learner across the table from an AI-vendor persona making increasingly confident claims about their product. At any point the learner can call for 'the evidence,' which splits the screen to show what eval data genuinely backs the claim versus what's demo-only.

You bring

negotiate terms across rounds and challenge specific claims for evidence

You get

a final vendor-risk score, a signed or rejected checklist, and a claims-vs-evidence scorecard

You control

vendor persona (overselling startup / cautious incumbent / open-source integrator), claim aggressiveness, learner's own checklist strictness
