Video resources play inside Miatz — you don't need to leave the app. As you watch, your progress is tracked, so you (and your mentor) can see whether you watched a video through. External (non-video) links show a quick preview card; opening one launches it in a new tab.
Your watch-through totals appear on My Activity. This is about honest signal — knowing you invested the time — not surveillance; it uses the same always-on tracking as your time-on-platform.
