Getting help

When to use the AI Tutor, the community, or a ticket.

  • Three escalation paths — instant AI, peers, or the team — so you're never stuck
  • Ticket replies arrive in a thread with a bell notification
  • Clear split between Miatz issues (Support) and practice-app bugs (Bug Reports)

Three ways to get unstuck

1. AI Tutor — instant answers on concepts, code and debugging.

2. Community — ask peers and mentors in the forum.

3. Support ticket — for account issues, platform bugs, or anything that needs the team. Go to Support → New ticket, pick a category, and we'll reply in your ticket thread (you'll get a bell notification).

Found a bug in a practice app?

That's different — use Bug Reports to log defects you find while testing the Apps-to-Test targets. Those earn XP. Use Support for issues with Miatz itself.

Frequently asked

When should I raise a support ticket?

For account issues, platform bugs, or anything that needs the team — the AI Tutor and community cover concepts and code questions faster.

I found a bug in a practice app — is that a support ticket?

No — use Bug Reports to log defects in Apps-to-Test targets (those earn XP). Use Support for issues with Miatz itself.

How do I know when the team replies?

You get a bell notification, and the reply lands in your ticket thread.
