Adoption and progress dashboards
Live adoption, progress and readiness for your organization, built from the activity stream.
- Every number is a live query over your organization's real learning activity
- See adoption, completion and what is overdue at a glance
- Accessible, mobile-first views — no plug-ins, works on any device
Live, not sampled
Every figure on the dashboard is a query over your organization's real activity — enrollments, progress and the xAPI activity stream. There is nothing to configure and nothing is estimated.
What you see
- Activation — the share of members who have started at least one course.
- Completion rate — finished enrollments as a share of all enrollments.
- Active this week — learning-activity events in the last seven days.
- Overdue — open enrollments past their due date.
- Enrollment progress — the split across not-started, in-progress, completed and dropped.
- Readiness — the organization's roll-up (see Enrollment and progress).
Drill into any of it on the Learners screen, which shows every person's progress and readiness. For a scheduled summary, managers receive a digest on a regular cadence.
Frequently asked
What do the dashboard numbers mean?
Activation is the share of members who have at least one enrollment. Completion rate is finished enrollments over total. Active-this-week counts learning activity events in the last seven days. Overdue counts open enrollments past their due date.
Where does the data come from?
From your organization's own enrollment and activity records — nothing is estimated or sampled. The dashboards are saved queries over that stream, so they update as people learn.
What is a digest?
A periodic roll-up generated for managers — adoption, completions, in-progress and overdue counts for the period. Digests are produced by the server on a schedule so managers get a fresh summary without opening the portal.
