Your admin team
Under Admin → Admin Team, an Owner can add multiple admin employees and give each a role:
- Owner — full control, including the admin team itself.
- Manager — run the program: people, content, cohorts, modules.
- Reviewer — review and grade learner work only.
- Viewer — read-only access.
Beyond the preset, you can fine-tune any individual permission (Allow / Deny / Inherit) per person — so a Reviewer can, say, also author content, without becoming a full Manager. Every sensitive action is audited.
