Admin → Moderation is the console for user reports on community content.
What lands here
When a learner reports a forum thread or post, the report lands in this queue (oldest first) with everything you need inline: the reported content (even if since hidden), its author, the reporter and their reason.
Actioning a report
Two buttons, two outcomes:
- Hide content & resolve — the post is hidden from the forum and the report closes. Use for genuine guideline violations.
- Resolve — the report closes, the content stays up. Use when the report doesn't hold up.
Resolved reports leave the queue; there is no half-state where a report is read but unaccounted for.
Blocking is separate — and self-serve
Independently of moderation, any member can block another member. Blocking immediately hides the blocked member's threads and posts from the blocker's own view — no admin action needed. That keeps this queue focused on content that actually violates the guidelines rather than personal friction.
Mentors and admins can moderate; a moderator capability grant (given from a learner's Student 360) extends the same power to trusted community members.
